All returns are processed in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the product value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Follow these 3 easy steps to return your purchase:

1. Inform:

Send an email to support@tinywynk.com within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning the product name and attaching a clear image of the item. Once approved by our team, you’ll be guided to the next step.

2. Return:

After receiving return approval, securely re-pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to us within 5 days. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Returns without original packaging or in used/damaged condition will not be accepted. Please use a trusted courier and share the tracking details once shipped.

3. Refund:

Once we receive your returned package and complete a quality check, we will issue a coupon code for the eligible amount within 3 working days. This code can be used on any future purchase within a year.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders are generally processed within 2 hours of placement.
• You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
• For COD orders, we will call you for confirmation prior to dispatch.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a refund will be issued as either a coupon code or to your original payment method after deducting 5% payment gateway charges.

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund:

• Refunds are issued only as coupon codes, valid for one-time use within 1 year.

Deductions:

• ₹250 will be deducted for non-acceptance of prepaid orders.
• If a refund coupon was used for a returned order, a maximum of 2 coupon reissues will be allowed per original order.
• Refund coupons once applied and the order not accepted will be void and non-reusable.
• ₹125 will be deducted if the initial shipping charges were waived off as part of an offer.
• Token amounts for COD are non-refundable if the order is cancelled or not accepted. Any amount paid above ₹250 as token will be refunded via coupon code.

Eligibility:

• All products are eligible for return in exchange for a coupon code.
• Products that are used, damaged, or not returned in original packaging are not eligible for refund.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and reach us within 5 days of approval.
• If the quality does not meet your expectation but is not defective, no refund will be processed.

Important: Damaged Product Policy

Despite our strict 3-step quality control and careful packaging, there may be rare cases where the product arrives damaged due to shipping.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Inform Within 48 Hours:
   Email us at support@tinywynk.com with:
   • A video of the unboxing process showing the damage clearly
   • Or images showing the damage and packaging
2. Reverse Pickup (India Only):
   If approved, we will schedule a free reverse pickup within 24 hours. Please ensure the product is ready for handover. If pickup fails due to unavailability, you’ll be required to ship the product at your own expense.
3. Resolution:
   Based on stock availability, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code valid for 1 year.
   No monetary refund will be provided for damaged or replacement cases.
