Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details including the AWB number and a live tracking link.
• In rare cases of delays in dispatch, our team will reach out to inform you of the expected timeline.

Order Tracking

• As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email containing:
  • A Tracking URL
  • Your AWB (Air Waybill) Number
• You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch
• Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch
• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or weather conditions.

Please Note:
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery authentication.
If the OTP is not received or verified, the delivery may fail and the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:

• Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping the order.
• These charges must be borne by the customer.
