  1. Online Account Responsibility

As a registered user of www.tinywynk.com, you are required to log in using your registered email ID and a password set by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. Any order placed using your account will be treated as an order placed by you, and TINYWYNK will not be held responsible for unauthorized use.


  1. Operational Terms

TINYWYNK reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any of its services at its sole discretion, without prior notice. However, all pending and confirmed orders will either be fulfilled or refunded in full.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time, without being obligated to provide a justification. TINYWYNK is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or services.


  1. Warranty and Liability

TINYWYNK shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of products purchased through our website. While we ensure high-quality standards, the use of the product is at the customer’s own discretion.

We are also not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, logistics failures, or unforeseen events.

  1. Damaged Products

All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, any damage occurring during transit is beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Notify us via email at support@tinywynk.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear video of unboxing of the damaged item to your email.
  • We will guide you through the replacement process, subject to stock availability.

⚠️ Claims for damaged products will not be accepted if raised after 48 hours from delivery.


  1. Missed Deliveries

Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery is not accepted or missed on all attempts, the order will be returned to us.

To re-ship:

  • Customers must request re-shipment and pay an additional ₹250 shipping fee.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will only be processed after full online payment of the product value and applicable shipping charges.
